Aaron was the technician that came to hook up my new computer and also connected the modem I had for my internet. I can't put into words how knowledgeable and personable he was! He made sure I understood everything that he was doing, he was thorough, easy to understand and answered any questions that I had. I sent a message out on Sunday. He got back to me fast. Told him the urgency of my laptop issue, he acknowledged it. Got consistent updates about the status of my laptop, the issue, and remedy.
